For years, we were the developer of entire communities and the homes within them. However, we have re-defined our business model to be smaller. We focus only on the following in our designated areas:

• Building Homes On A Client's Lot
• Major Remodels

What makes us different

We understand our business is customer service.

Communication is vital to a successful project. We are very available and we meet often to be sure we are all on the same page. We write up all changes to be sure we understand correctly and every Friday the client is emailed our plans for the next week.

We want you to be involved - it is your home and we want you there, often.

Our quality and detail speaks for itself. We have hundreds of examples within a ten mile radius. And, we are the only builder in North Atlanta that re-sales posted on MLS list "Built by Bill Grant".

We do what we say and we want you to be thrilled and our friend forever - we will give you the names and numbers of our latest clients and encourage you to call them. We have numerous repeat customers. When it is finished, it's not over - we are there when you need us.

Detail is our edge. We work hand in hand with Architects, Landscape Architects and Decorators. We will execute exactly what you have envisioned with them.

If you are from around here, you know us and probably know a couple of people that live in our houses. Ask them what they think even if the home is 30 years old.
